3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals, content, or feedback
Ensure they have legal rights to any content, images, or data shared with VOdS Studio
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact project timelines.
4. Payments & Billing
All fees will be communicated before the start of services
Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule
Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or termination
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and customized services:
No refunds are provided once work has started
Setup fees, marketing work, AI system configurations, and consulting services are non-refundable
Exceptions may apply only if explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created by VOdS Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-transferable license to use the delivered work for their business
VOdS Studio retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
8. Use of Website
You agree not to:

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
VOdS Studio shall not be held liable for:

Results not meeting expectations, as marketing outcomes are not guaranteed
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

We may use third-party tools (including social media platforms, AI tools, and software providers).

Any outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.
